Jeffery Dorn – President

Jeff is the principal owner of TMP Technologies, Inc. (Advanced Rubber Products parent company) and has over forty years experience in the manufacturing industry. He earned his undergraduate degree at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and went on to earn an MBA from the University at Buffalo.  Prior to Jeff's college education he served in the United States Marine Corps.  As principal owner Jeff's military service certifies TMP Technologies as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company.

Robert W. Flowers - Vice President and General Manager

Bob has over 30 years experience in the Electrical Power Distribution and Transmission industry as a senior manager of manufacturing and engineering disciplines. Bob joined TMP Technologies in 1994 as general manager of its Advanced Rubber Products Division in Wyoming New York.

Previously Bob worked for Lapp Insulator for many years. His last position there was as Operations Manager of the Polymer Insulator Division. Bob has been credited for his commitment to excellence and for increasing the company's sales to its present level. He is an industrial engineer with training in SPC certification, ISO 9000 and TQM.

Walter Koroluk – Sales and Marketing

Walter has over thirty years of experience in the Electric Power Transmission and Distribution industry. Walter's career started at Burndy Corporation in 1969 developing manufacturing tooling and processes for under ground electrical connectors. He has also worked for Kearney and General Electric in similar capacities. Walter's task is to supervise our national network of sales representatives assisting the sales people with technical advise for manufacturability and product function.

Holly Mitchell – Production and Sales

Holly joined Advanced Rubber Products in December 2007. Holly has a BS degree in Business Administration and is responsible for coordination of customer's orders, the material supply chain and plant scheduling. Holly has over 7 years of experience in production control and supply side management dealing with the complexity of maintaining on time deliveries of raw materials from our suppliers while developing manufacturing schedules to maintain the companies record of on time deliveries. 

Tim Stothers – Technical Sales Support / Project Coordinator

Tim has been employed at Advanced Rubber Products for over ten years. Tim is responsible for all customer inquiries for quotation, working with the customer to determine the best methods of manufacture for their product. In addition, Tim works with outside suppliers to provide goods and services necessary to provide the best price and delivery for the product in question. His vast experience helps customers design products for manufacturing.
